Obituary for Lillian Mildred Vincoli (Trolle)

Lillian Mildred Vincoli, 92, a lifelong resident of Stamford passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Saturday, December 16, 2017 at Stamford Hospital. She was born on February 18, 1925 in Stamford to the late Rudolph and Lillian Miller Trolle.
Lillian was an Accounts Payable Clerk at Dress Barn of Stamford for forty five years until her retirement in 2010. She was an avid bowler at Bowl- a- Rama Lanes of Stamford with the Hill League. Lillian was a voracious reader, enjoyed crossword puzzles and loved to cook, being frequently seen at Stop & Shop of Darien. She cherished the time she spent with her family and giving special attention to her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She is survived by her loving children, Raymond A. Vincoli, Linda Loglisci and her husband John, Judy Lasko and her husband Joe, Jr., Cathy Lato and her husband Frank, Nancy Fleitas and her husband Albert, as well as her sister, Florence Trolle. Also surviving are her grandchildren, Rachel DeMarisco, Lisa Ferretti, John Loglisci, Joey Lasko III, Laurie Parker, Cathy Conlon, Frankie Lato, Anthony Vincoli and Stephen Fleitas and her great grandchildren, Emily, Billy IV, Kayla, Nicholas and Leah.
Besides her parents, Lillian was also predeceased by her husband, Raymond R. Vincoli, her daughter, Cynthia Vincoli and her great grandson, Michael Ferretti.
A funeral procession will be leaving the Nicholas F. Cognetta Funeral Home & Crematory, 104 Myrtle Avenue, Stamford on Thursday, December 21, 2017 at 10:15 AM for a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 11:00 AM at St. John’s RC Church, 1986 Post Road, Darien. Entombment will follow at St. John’s Mausoleum, Darien. Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday, December 20, 2017 from 4:00-8:00 PM.
A special thank you to all the nurses on the 8th Floor of Stamford Hospital for their exemplary and loving care shown to their mother Lillian.
