Theresa A.  Carlucci (Rich)
Theresa A. Carlucci ,87, of Stamford, passed away surrounded by her loving family on Monday, October 30, 2017 at Stamford Hospital. She was born in Stamford on November 23, 1929 to the late Anthony Rich, Sr. and Concetta Candelmo Rich.
Theresa was employed at Clairol from 1963-1970 and worked at GTE until her retirement in 1988. Theresa loved being around her family for the holidays. She was famous for her cooking and more importantly, her “Nana Banana” brownies.

She is survived by her loving sons, Peter Carlucci of CA, Dominick Carlucci and his wife Theresa of West Haven, CT and Thomas Carlucci and his wife Michele of Stamford, as well as her eight grandchildren, Peter, Nicole, Jessica, Sara, Kristen, Jaimee, Tommy and Nicholas and nine great grandchildren. Also surviving are her sisters, Gloria Lanzaro and Nancy Costanzo, her brothers, Joseph and William Rich and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Besides her parents, Theresa was predeceased by her husband, Peter Carlucci, a daughter Suzanne Rocca, sisters, Marie ”Dolly” Sarni, Jeanne Zurzola, Eileen Scarella and brothers, Alfonse, Anthony and Albert Rich and daughter in law Jane Carlucci.
A funeral procession will be leaving the Nicholas F. Cognetta Funeral Home & Crematory, 104 Myrtle Avenue, Stamford on Monday, November 6, 2017 at 10:00 AM for a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 10:30 AM at St. Maurice RC Church, 358 Glenbrook Road, Stamford. Interment will follow at St. John’s RC Cemetery, Darien. Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Sunday, November 5, 2017 from 2:00-6:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Theresa’s memory to” Connor’s Cure” Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh Foundation, One Children’s Hospital Drive, Central Plant, Floor 3, Pittsburgh, PA 15224 or to Autism Speaks, 1 East 33rd Street, 4th Floor, New York, NY 10016
