Alberta Victoria Prasch Eno, 92, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 25, 2014.
Alberta grew up in Sauk Centre, MN where she graduated from the University of Minnesota, Normal School with a degree in teaching. She taught in International Falls, MN, Tacoma, WA, where she met her husband and also taught at St. Joseph School, Holbrook, MA. She spent over 40 years living in Braintree, MA teaching school and working at the Braintree Municipal Golf Course. West Palm Beach became her residence for the next 26 years. It was in West Palm Beach that Alberta became an avid golfer scoring two holes-in-one. She relocated to Stamford 9 years ago and became an active member of her senior community and the Catholic Daughters of America. She was known for her sewing, knitting and crafting skills.
Alberta was a fun loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She is survived by her daughter, Barbara Eno-Karp and her son-in-law Robert M. Karp of Stamford, two grandsons Daniel E. Karp and his wife Gina –Goli Emadi of Alexandria, VA, Ryan M. Karp and his wife Leslie Kilgore, an adored great granddaughter, Sedona Pearl Karp of Waterbury, VT, a niece Patricia Belden of Napa, CA and many nieces, nephews, friends and family members still residing in MA.
Besides her husband, Horace A. Eno, she was also predeceased by her son, David A. Eno and seven brothers and sisters.
