My Fiancé Dawn and I were at the beach in Stamford in the late 80’s when Uncle Jimmy drove by in an official city of Stamford car and noticed me. He drove by and winked at me so only I could see him winking. At this time, Dawn had not met him.
We were in Dawn’s car and Uncle Jimmy got out and started reading her the riot act about fake infractions he was going to write her up for.
He started to interrogate Dawn and when she started to get flustered, he began asking her ridiculous questions until the questions were so crazy, she finally figured out it was a joke. It was at that point, he introduced himself and welcomed Dawn into the family.

It was hilarious!
I’m surprised she still married me!
