Lily Ann Cichon, 80, a longtime resident of Stamford passed away suddenly on Tuesday, September 25, 2018. She was born in Pennsylvania on October 16th, 1937, daughter of the late Peter and Lena Rizzi Pirro.

Lily was a longtime and proud member of the local Columbietts and the Red Hats Society. She was an avid collector of doll houses and clocks.
Lily is survived by her cherished grandchildren, granddaughter Michelle Pia-Lawson and her husband Billy of Naugatuck, grandson Richard O’Brien and his wife April of Watertown, and granddaughter Rachael O’Brien of Southbury. Her greatgrandchildren Felicia, Emily, Connor, and Kyle. She is survived by a daughter Susan Baldwin of Bridgeport. She is also survived by her aunt Mildred Colandro of Riverside, and her best friend Lynn Crowley of Stamford, along with many nieces and nephews and cousins.
Besides her parents Lily is predeceased by her beloved husband Daniel O’Connell and her daughter Jody O’Brien.
Family and friends may call at the Nicholas F. Cognetta Funeral Home and Crematory, 104 Myrtle Ave., Stamford, CT on the morning of Saturday, September 29, 2018 from 10:00AM to 11:30AM a prayer service will be held at 11:30AM in the funeral home. Interment will follow at the Fairfield Memorial Park, Stamford, CT.
