Dear Jackie and Santagata Family, I was very sorry and saddened to learn of Joe's passing. As you may remember, I served with him on the Board of Representatives from Springdale. Although we were political opponents in 1985, I will always remember Joe as a gentleman, a very concerned citizens and public servant who always wanted to the best for his community and fellow residents, and as a really nice and caring man. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you all at this very difficult and sad time.
