Condolence: Pobie was a valuable friend to the Stamford League of Woman Voters for many years. A great advisor on local issues, she was always eager to be of assistance, to speak and to instruct. Her legacy will last for many years as she cared so deeply about good government, citizens taking an active role in their government, she supported women in political roles and she was a thoughtful friend.
