Joseph “Joey” Trimboli, 58, a lifelong resident of Stamford, passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 4, 2017, surrounded by his family. Mr. Trimboli was born on June 29, 1958, the son of the late Felix J. and Lois Aliterno Trimboli.

Joey attended Hart School in Stamford and The Woods School in Langhorne, PA. At Woods School he received training for the printing trade. He was well liked by the customers he served and would frequently be greeted by them when they saw and recognized him around town.

Mr. Trimboli had an aptitude for all things electronic and excelled at both still photography and videography. He loved to travel and visited many places of interest throughout the United States in the company of his friends.

Joey is survived by his sister, Susan T. Wolff (Paul), his uncle Robert N. Trimboli, (Elsie), as well as two aunts, Marilyn Tiscia (Leonard-deceased), and Audrey Cosentini (Peter–deceased). He is also survived by a number of cousins, including Jennifer and Roseanna Trimboli, Carol McDonald (Steve), Ann Longo, Cathy Bonzcek (John), Caryn Maida (Joseph), Leonard Tiscia Jr. (Mary), and Gary Tiscia (Dawn). In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his aunt Eleanor Genovese (James-deceased).

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00AM on Saturday, June 17, 2017, at Sacred Heart RC Church, 37 Schuyler Avenue, Stamford, CT. Interment will follow at St. John’s Cemetery, Darien. There will be no calling hours.
