I wanted to express my sympathy on the loss of your loved one. I have actually never met Rich but have had the pleasure of speaking with him on the phone. I work for TekLinks and we do business with Prestige. Rich was a breath of fresh air. Kind, considerate and always made me laugh. I enjoyed our conversations. He helped me out so much. I looked forward to giving him a call even though sometimes it was not always the best situation. Please know that my prayers are with you all right now.
